About Us

Todd English

Todd English and the EHG are major partners and head of food and beverage for Sandy Point Resort and Marina. One of the most decorated, respected and charismatic chefs in the world, Todd English has enjoyed a staggering number of accolades during his remarkable career. He has been recognized by several of the food industry’s most prestigious publications, established on of the best known restaurant brands in the nation, published critically acclaimed cookbooks and produced his own TV show for PBS.

Additional partners include celebrity chef Todd English, who will be the head of food and beverage, and musician Joe Sumner (son of musician Sting -Gordon Sumner) who will be the head of entertainment.

Joe Sumner

Joe Sumner, (Son of Gordon Sumner A.K.A. Sting, The Legendary Musician’s Son) a singer and songwriter best known as a member of band Fiction Plane, will be a partner and head of entertainment. Joe will bring an annual music festival to our project in Sandy Point, North Caicos as well as other entertainment projects.

Dale Piergiovanni

Dale Piergiovanni is responsible for construction, who has been in the Turks and Caicos Islands since 1999 and received Belonger/Islander status is 2006. The Piergiovannis have completed many successful commercial and government projects including the recently renovated Parrot Cay Resort and actor Bruce Willis’s compound. They are the premier contractor for Parrot Cay.

Michael Carino

Michael Carino, a finance focused partner has been working on Sandy Point Resort and Marina since being introduced to Sandy Point by actor and former home owner on world renowned Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos – Bruce Willis. Michael has been involved in Sandy Point for over 5 years and spends a significant portion of his time in Sandy Point helping move the development project to the next phase. Michael had managed billions in fixed income portfolios for decades at Lane Capital and AlphaBridge Capital and has been a contributing author for ZeroHedge – writing on finance and economic related topics. Michael graduated as a New England Scholar from the University of CT with an undergraduate degree in Economics and graduated Beta Gama Sigma (top 20%) from business school Columbia University.
